Australian native, Abbey Cornish took her boyfriend, Ryan Phillippe on a little trip down under this week and things didn’t go quite as planned.

Ryan, 34, star of Stop Loss, had just attended a lavish bash held by Calvin Klein in honour of its 40^th anniversary where Abbey was the guest of honour, when Phillippe lashed out at photographers for what he viewed as harassment of his girlfriend.

Looking the worse for wear Ryan tore into the paps yelling, ‘We’re tired and I’m drunk and I don’t want you hassling my girl.’

The 27 year old actress managed to remain calm and order was soon restored when a passing police patrol took charge of the situation.

Ryan, who has been dating Abbey for about a year, will be spending Christmas back in the US with his two children from his previous seven year marriage to Legally Blonde actress Reese Witherspoon.
