Although Reese Witherspoon and boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal spent the weekend smooching in Las Vegas, we’re all still waiting for that tantalizing piece of gossip regarding them making their union official. But this weekend obviously wasn’t going to be the right time or the right place.

But it was the right place for the 33 year old beauty, Reese to be, as she attended the Avon conference at Bally’s Hotel and Casino in Vegas where she posed for photographers with the CEO and Chairman of the cosmetic company, Andrea Jung.

But it was alongside designer, Roland Mouret, that Reese really shone in her Scircco dress in dark jade while standing tall in her Brian Atwood Starlet heels in a deep purple leather.
