Look - they even have matching boobs!
The mother of all fashion weeks - Paris - is over. And, like all good celebrities, the stars were on hand to survey the fashions we’ll all (supposedly) be wearing next springAnd guess who seems to be everywhere? Style icon Victoria Beckham. She was on hand to help pal Roberto Cavalli launch his new store in the city of lights. The next day, she was spotted sitting next to Dita Von Teese at the Chanel show, and all week she was spotted with BFF Katie Holmes.

One of the week’s highlights: Viktor & Rolf who engaged Rufus Wainwright for their over-the-top fabulous extravanganza that included an “army of ballromm dancers” and “painted-on bodysuits.” (PopSugar)
And speaking of Chanel, Robert Lagerfeld - who’s designing for the line - made it clear how he felt about fashion’s latest controversy: size zero models, saying he rejected three girls from his show because they were “too skinny.”
“It is the first time I have ever done something like this,” he said. “I have nothing against skinny girls. But these were terrible. They looked as if they had grown up in a Third World country with no food to eat. I sent them back to the agency. I did not think they should be modeling,” said the designer.
Of course - Jean Paul Gaultier actually put his oney where his mouth is… here’s something you don’t see too often on a catwalk:

Chanel featured a little bit of a Americana - stars and stripes meets nautical, along with sportswear looks and disco themes. Party-wear included little black dresses with a somewhat biker theme.
Joining Victoria and Dita von Teese front row at Chanel were Kirsten Dunst; the rock, rap and pop singers, Courtney Love, Kanye West, Lily Allen and Alison Mosshart from The Kills; and Claudia Schiffer.
Stella McCartney stuck with what she knows best - beautiful, flowing feminine clothing with heavy white, somewhat nautical and vintage themes. She put on her show in spite of being eight months pregnant. Her show was attended not only by much of her family, but also by celebrities like Kanye West and Lily Allen.
And designer Valentino walked down the runway for the last time, but no doubt his line will go on with his mission: to make women truly look beautiful.

Valentino waving to his adoring fans!
Keeping with his announcement following the acquisition of his company by a private equity fund, he said he wanted to end on a high note - while the “party was still going strong.”
His last ready-to-wear show (he’ll present his last couture show in January) featured lots of pink - plus trademarks that have earned him devoted fans - bows, ruffles, polka dots, pretty dresses and feminine pants suits.
