If the amazing glamour and fashion are what draw us to the red carpet, the heinously put-together looks provided by some starlets are the car wrecks that keep us there. Observe:

Here’s one couple that DID opt for the “matchy-matchy” I talked about in an earlier post. And this is why it doesn’t work! Plus, what’s the deal with Daniel Day Lewis’ wife, Rebecca Miller’s dress. Floral and bows? It’s 2008!

I hesitated putting Ellen Page on my list because I love her as an actress and usually like her laid-back fashion choices - she seems unpretentious and down-to-earth. And she’s the first one to say she’s a jeans and t-shirt girl, so maybe that’s why she doesn’t look as glam as she could here. But we’ll cut her some slack!

We love the Juno got some of the recognition it deserved, but fashion is obviously  not this crew’s forte. Screenwriter and Best Original Screenplay winner Diablo Cody looked like she was channeling the Flintstones! The print, the style, the cut and fabric should all have stayed prehistoric!
