We love that fashionable fashion labels are starting to go green. For so long, it seems, eco-friendly wear has been relegated to hippy-ish looking skirts and burlap-sack-like tops. *shudder.*
Thank goodness for Guess. They recently launched an organic cotton collection at their Rodeo Drive location, bringing out stars like those who hosted the event - Amy Smart and Emmanuelle Chriqui (who played Sloan on Entourage) - and their A-list friends.
Guess supplied the hosts’ party outfits - including slinky tops, dark organic cotton jeans and strappy sandals. Rosario Dawson, Elsa Pataky and Michele Laroque were among a few of the names who were on hand to support the earth in the name of fashion.

ten percent of the evening’s sales benefited the Environmental Media Association, a Los Angeles nonprofit organization where Smart has been a board member for the past eight years.
She told WWD: “Being an environmentalist is really everyone’s job,” while Chriquri took a bit of a different route, saying, “Why not wear something fabulous and save the environment at the same time?”
