Nicole Richie and Joel Madden definitely looked put-together while out shopping for a house in the Hollywood Hills yesterday.

But almost TOO put-together. I know, I know, I’m turning into one of those people who criticize celebs no matter what they do, which isn’t fair because the couple really do look cute together, and we LOVE Nicole’s flirty summery outfit - though very few people could actually pull off that headband.
But it’s definitely obvious these two have their looks of choice down to a science. Joel with his hipster rocker look - all black, bling necklaces, trucker hat and big sunglasses - while Nicole, also in big glasses, gave the hippie headband a go with a floaty tunic top.

I don’t know how practical those huge heels are for house hunting, but they sure do look cute!
